Approach and Areas of Specialization
I believe that the therapy has to fit the individual as opposed to the individual having to fit into a specific type of therapy. To that end, I have pursued many types of training and educational opportunities over the past 20+ years. This way I can offer my clients an individualized plan to help them achieve their goals.
I’ve worked with many clients over the years to help them overcome challenges in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Relationship Issues, Parenting, Divorce, Transitions, Loss
